Nachbereitung von Druckprozessen: Unterstützung bei Qualitätskontrolle, Root-Cause-Analysen, iterationsbedingte Optimierungen von Aufbereitungen
Erstellung (technischer) Dokumentationen und Auswertungen
Projektpräsentationen inkl. internen oder externen Ergebnissvorstellungen beim Kunden
Ihr Profil
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z.B. Zerspanungsmechaniker, Industriemechaniker o.Ä.) oder abgeschlossenes, ingenieurswissenschaftliches Studium (Master oder Bachelor)
Praktische Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Bereich Additiver Fertigung
Ausgeprägte, praktische Erfahrungen in diversen CAD-Tools u.a. Catia V5, Materialise Magics und Autodesk NetFabb/Fusion
Werkstoffkenntnisse im Metallsektor wünschenswert
Zielstrebiges und selbstständiges Arbeiten
Starke Kundenorientierung - verbunden mit unternehmerischer Denkweise als großes Plus
Sehr gute Englisch- und fließende Deutschkenntnisse

Your Mission
- Technical feasibility studies and support for project managers and sales - Business case calculations - Evaluation, design and construction of additively manufactured components - Implementation of process simulations for additive manufacturing - Interface function to downstream component processing (e.g. machining rework) - Deriving constructive measures (component distortion due to design and process-related internal stress or heat input) - Preparation of printing processes: placing of components (Design adjustments, orientation of the components, support structures, process and laser parameters) - Post-processing of printing processes: support with quality control, root cause analyzes, iterative optimization of preparations - Creation of (technical) documentation and evaluations - Project presentations including internal or external presentations of results at the customer - Implementation of AM training
Your profile
• Successfully completed technical training (e.g. cutting machine operator, industrial mechanic, etc.) or completed engineering degree (Master or Bachelor) • Practical knowledge and experience in the field of additive manufacturing • Strong, practical experience in various CAD tools including Catia V5, Materialize Magics and Autodesk NetFabb / Fusion • Knowledge of materials in the metal sector desirable • Determined and independent work • Strong customer orientation - combined with an entrepreneurial mindset as a big plus • Very good knowledge of both English and German
